These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of QuadRooPal.com and its members. QuadRooPal.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

1. Illegal activity. Members may not present QuadRooPal.compromotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by QuadRooPal.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to: adult sites containing pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

2. Third-Party Liability. QuadRooPal.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

3. Terms and Conditions. reserves the right to update, modify, add or change these Terms & Conditions without notice.

4. Membership Fee. Membership can be secured for a one-time joining fee of USD $25.00 which is non-refundable.  

5. Signing Up. Once a member has joined through a particular link, they cannot be moved to another sponsor within the membership database.

6. User Cancellation. The membership of the user can be cancelled at any time by the Administrator for any fair reason.

7. Buy Position. Extra matrix positions can be purchased for a further payment of USD $25.00 at any time from the member's back office area. Once a position is purchased, the fee cannot be reversed or refunded. All purchases are final.

8. Payment Processors. We only accept payments and make payments to members through AlertPay. It is against PayPal's Terms Of Use Policy to participate in multi-level-marketing programs. Therefore we advise members not to use the name Quadroopal.com in conjunction with any PayPay transaction activity whatsoever.

9. Commission Payments. Payment will be made to members once a week between Friday and Saturday by QuadRooPal.com Admin.

10. Gift Money. Any gifted payment that is made by one member to another member is irrevocable, and cannot be reversed or refunded once it has been confirmed.

11. Downline Emails. You agree to receive 1 email per week from your direct sponsor, or whenever they choose to email you within that set timeframe. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may unsubscribe from the email by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. If you wish to send emails to your downline, you can only do so if you are subscribed to receive emails from your sponsor.

12. Behaviour. Any member acting in an unethical or unprofessional manner may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of QuadRooPal.com with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.

13. Membership Cancellation. Membership at QuadRooPal.com is voluntary and therefore may be cancelled at any time by the member. QuadRooPal.com will only cancel/terminate a membership if it is deemed that the member is operating in conflict with QuadRooPal.com Terms & Conditions.

14. Cancellation/Termination of membership. Any membership that is cancelled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with QuadRooPal.com. Any positions held in participating Programs owned by QuadRooPal.com will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to QuadRooPal.com.

15. Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of QuadRooPal.com.

16. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws of Australia.

17. Private Information. QuadRooPal.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member, unless required by law.

18. Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within QuadRooPal.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. QuadRooPal.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

19. Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, using content that is deemed damaging to QuadRooPal.com and or its members, will be terminated from QuadRooPal.com. Depending on the seriousness, QuadRooPal.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

20. UCE/UBE or SPAM. QuadRooPal.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of QuadRooPal.com and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships cancelled, and Clause 13 will come into effect.

21. Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up-to-date in the members area under Edit Prole. QuadRooPal.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

22. Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in your resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from QuadRooPal.com or any program promoted via the QuadRooPal.com program.
